Autotrader breach of CPA, False Advertising, and breach of company T's & C's

AutoTrader has recently hosted a competition in which they clearly state within their terms and conditions that the entries into the competition must be of a photo format.

They received THOUSANDS of entries from across South Africa.

The winning entry of the competition was recently announced and to everyone's surprise- the winning entry was a VIDEO.

This is an extreme stab in the back for each and every person that entered the competition. The company has breached its own Terms & Conditions, leaving thousands of South Africans with an immense amount of time wasted.

The company has hosted an extremely unfair competition and the results should be audited as the judging panel did not abide by the company terms and conditions. EACH AND EVERY VALID ENTRY DESERVES A CHANCE AT WINNING.
