Auto trader is not checking on they dealerships

Viewed car on website ,looked perfect, wanted it went to dealership checked the car didn't look exactly the same as pics but very presentable, went to ebk auto dealers used the car for one day and oil leaking everywhere ,went back and said no refunds and I can take them to court arrogantly and was told to take them court .if I'm not miss taking occording to section cpa we have cooling of period I only used it for a day .
