Auto trader a big con

I advertised my car on autotrader and could never find my advert, I corresponded with them and they constantly sent me links to my advert however when I did a search with the criteria that they told me to use, or my tech savvy family and friends searched nobody ever found my advert, they refused to accept this or refund me my money. I also tried calling them and there phone lines were down for a month, I asked for a manager and was just handed to another customer services consultant. Impossible to raise a query with...I never got 1 call regarding my car
