A happy client!

Yesterday I submitted a complaint about Autotrader due to my dissatisfaction with their service when trying to sell one of my vehicles. This morning I received a call from Pam who was very friendly and very knowledgeable. She advised me that she would escalate my complaint to her manager and within a few hours her manager Rushen Govender, who was extremely professional and helpful, apologized for the service failure which was a result of miscommunication. The matter was sorted out to my satisfaction within minutes so thank you to Rushen and Pam for flying high the autotrader flag and for changing my perception totally. A client centric company deserves all our business.
