My husband got a call from Auto Trace to say a technician will come out today to 09:00

No called or followed up. I called the 086 number the lady I spoke to said she will get someone to call me. At 13:20 I call the call centre, and get transfered from person to person without them even warning me.

Very disappointed at the service.
