Unhappy client

<p>I hope to find assistance,I had an accident early in July this year,fortunately I wasn't injured,no one was,now few days after I filled the claim with my insurance and a week after that's when I was provided with a courtesy car ,now my car was not driveable so it had to be towed,it's been more than 30 days already and nothing has been done on my car,as I was told they are waiting for parts,the courtesy car had to be taken and currently I have no means of transportation,I asked the person incharge of fixing my car to provide me with transport as I cannot afford not to have a car since I work as a Medical Doctor,sometimes I work at night ,what if somebody dies just because I couldn't make it to work on time?up until now I haven't received any assistance yet I have insurance and I have to go to work everyday,if you can assist</p>
