*****'s and ***** !!!

My car has been standing at Auto Tech for over two month because they had **** and charged me for a part that was supposedly replaced, the car broke down because they hadn't changed the part in the first place as confirmed by other professional mechanic's! they don't make an attempt to source that part but ask me as a customer to pick the sample and find it myself! Other issue is they lost my car keys and want to charge me extra for storage when they are not making an attempt to get it back up and running , I have seen numerous complaints about these people and I hope Hello Peter can help us put an end to these ***** ! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VECHILE TO THEM!!!
