Horrible service

My car was taken to auto tech on the 8tb December 2022 after an accident i had, i even got an authorization very quickly from my insurance. I was told they might not fix it in December because they were closing which i understand and was told that ill have it the latest on the 20th January 2023. So the time came nothing from them, i called about the Parts and was told they waithing they don't know when they gonna have them. After that i called almoust every day wanting to understand what is going on still nothing. On the 23rd January I got an sms about the parts arriving on the 25th January 2023 to my surprise i still have not heard anything from them, its the 30th January as im writing this and i called this morning and guess what nobody has said anything so they have my car for almoust two months without anything being fixed, no parts nothing and i need my car to go to work. I honestly don't understand how long one has to waut for a right rod of a suzuki car. I am disappointed in the service that i have received or not have received. Its pathetic.
