Bad Service

This panel beater received my car for panel beating on the 5th May 2015. I have been calling them every now and then to find out how far are they and they kept telling me that they are still waiting for the parts. Last week they told me that the parts have arrived, so they will be working on the car. To my suprise, today I have asked my sister to go there and witness what they have been telling me because they said the car will be ready by next week, only to find out that they have been lying about the progress on my car. I am very angry and disappointed with them for getting my hopes high.
