Auto Tech - Where is my car???

Took my car in (01.04.15) for replacing clutch kit. Quote R1250. Get a phone call about a looong list of other faults coming to R5880 BUT dont stress we will give u R80 discount :-) I can pick up car by end of day or early next morning (02.04.15) Cash please-no card machines. By 12 next day-car not ready when i got there. Pls pay and we will deliver to ur house by 5. They Call at 6 to say car is STILL not ready. My Problem - next day is Easter Friday. Car will definitely be ready on Sat and delivered to me by 2. I told the gent we need the car by Sat as my son is leaving for Drakensburg on Sun. It is now Easter MONDAY. NO CAR NO ANSWER SINCE SAT 2 O'CLOCK AND MONEY PAID ON THURSDAY. They hv my number and address but made no contact. Wonder how they r going to explain this??
