WORST COMPANY AND ITS SERVICE

This has got to be the most unprofessional insurance company ever. Yes I always here stories about insurance company's' but this one takes the cake. I have been trying to claim for a month now first week they would just hang up my phone after several attempts they attendant my call then I gave them all the details that they said they need and the consultant said some one from claims will contact me regarding my claim. 3 weeks later no one has called me I just attempted calling the insurance now but the is no response yet its using my airtime but the line is quiet and the claims line just does not go through. I do not even want that repair of theirs I just want them out of my bank account and cancel the stupid insurance.
