Very bad customer service
For about a few months now I have tried to claim for minor scratches on my car.<br> <br> Every time I phone they take my info and promise to send me a email with the claim form.<br> <br> Its been 3 weeks and still waiting for that email... No customer follow ups nothing...<br> <br> Hoping to get this resolved ASAP other wise its pointless paying for a service you are not receiving !!!
