Extremely bad service at auto surgeon

For the past 4months or so I have been trying to fix the cracks in my macs of the wheel. I took the car to the preferred supplier as directed by auto surgeon, this was in September. The preferred supplier which is autospray vanderbijlpark gave me a quotation and took pictures of the macs. I emailed the documentation to auto surgeon, they told me Sphiwe is dealing with the case, every time I call the call centre they tell me Sphiwe will get back to me but he never did. I am really angered by auto surgeon and their level of service, every month on the 25th you debit my account, I have never defaulted and this is the kind of service you give me? after fixing my macs I am definitely terminating my contract with auto surgeon.
