Bad service

Auto Surgeon/CMC will refer you to repairers to obtain quotes for your scratches and dents on your vehicle. In my case, one of their listed repairers are in some bad areas for taking my vehicle there for an assessment,l told them am not comfortable leaving my vehicle there and it will too far for me to get to work in time. I referred to another which I was told by them that it is impossible to even repair a small scratch/dent on my vehicle for the amount that I am covered for (supposedly the highest option in policy terms). They only cover R2000 and the balance is for my own account. Funny enough they didn't sent me this policy terms and conditions before I claimed. The last place I went to its also like 30 min out of travel distance to work and will have to take three taxis to work in case they forgot that we work for the money we pay this useless policy with. Am they gonna say we always appreciate the feedback, the good, the bad and even the ugly.<br> After all, it gives us an opportunity to make this right! <br> <br> Please do not take this policy out, they will charge you monthly for repairs that wont be paid for by them because of the R2000 limit. You in essence are throwing money away!!
