Auto Surgeon / The Unlimited - Complaint

On September 2014 I received a phone call about insurance for my car for only R149.99, everything sounded so good and then I sign-up for it (the same day as my stepson, see attached document). Everything went smooth, R149,99 were deducted every month and I never used it. Because I don't receive sms's for transaction below R100 I didn't realized that there were debit orders going of that I'm not aware of, till 24th July 2015 when I got paid. I wanted to pay my beneficiaries when my eye caught small amount below R100 going off from my account. On saterday 25 July I went into the bank to query it, I got 3 months bank statements and saw all the debit orders going off. I did not request nor authorized these transactions (see list below). What should have been an insurance off R149 ended up on R749.99, they added stuff that I didn't even knew about what to say wanted or needed. I immediately cancel and stop the debit orders, as this was going on for 11 months that brings it to a total of R8 249.89, not only did they mislead me with the insurance but also wrongfully took my money. This is the most dishonest company I ever did business with.
