Auto surgeon not fulfilling terms of contract

I have cover with auto surgeon and called them as one of my rims had a crack which caused my tyre to lose air.<br> I have registered my claim with them as they requested and they said they would get back to me within 24-48 hours. I had told them that as a result of this I do not have a spare tyre as my rim is cracked and cannot be used so they need to work fast on the claim. So I lodged my claim on the morning of 14/08/2015 and have since not received feedback from them. I called numerous times and left messages to be called back and they have yet to call me. This is pathetic service, you have marketed your product but cannot deliver on your promises. You deduct the premiums from my account on time but you cant fulfil the services you promise!!!!!
