Unpleasant experience

Yesterday I've had a bad "a very bad" experience with these guys operating as an Auto electrical repair center in the Gant's Centre in Strand Firstly I was ordered to go and wait outside the building whilst working on my car. I'm 70 and no seating was in sight or was offered to me Secondly when I asked the very unfriendly owner about the work he is going to perform on my car he started swearing and the f-word was repeatedly used. I said to him I'm the client and just want to make sure that's the same as what was explained to me the previous day by a another guy. He then lost his temper and said that I must take my f.. car and leave his premises which I did. I then drove directly to another more well-known and reliable Auto electrical business in the same area Never and never again I would go back to them and I would tell all other potential clients DO NOT GO THERE
