No meaningful assistance when much needed.

For the past hour I’ve been on the phone and sent back and forth without resolve. I want to claim for tyre , my car can’t move to go to the nearest Tygerwheel and tyre as advised. I further ask to exercise the benefit under ‘Emergency’ to assist me get the vehicle to get to the nearest Tygerwheel and tyre and I’ve been sent from pillar to post! Question is how am I supposed to get this Tyre benefit if I can’t get me vehicle to the service provider and you claim to be available for emergencies AND THIS IS AN EMERGENCY!!!and to make it worse there is no clear direction just transferring my calling and dropping and I call over and over again still not direction.
