Just poor

mmmm...Just received a phone call. After i tell the gentleman when to call me back he tells me that its to far in advance and he has 1000 other clients to contact. I was actually semi interested but said ill do my research first, which i always do, then he told me to give 5 names, i said when you call me back on that date, ill give you the names after ive done my research, then he said, thats to far in advance. What customer service is that???I have clients that i put on sticky notes that i contact 3 months later and i still do the business, why, because i follow up.
