Deceiving salesman and rude customer service.

I told them I had to think about the offer and the salesperson told me that I could think about it as long as I wished and call them when I had made up my mind. They registered me anyway.

When I phoned to cancel, they were rude and not helpful at all. I did interrupt the guy to tell him I was not interested in anything they had to say- I just wanted to cancel the membership. He told me I was rude and he could not understand why I was so upset. He told me the membership was canceled and then just left the line hanging.
