Auto failure

The most annoying and harassing company I have ever encountered. I cancelled my policy 2 weeks after signing up. I never needed to claim from them or anything yet they expect me to issue them with 10 references. I never received any policy documents or anything yet they expect me to refer them so their business can grow? Pathetic
