Auto Deceiving

The operator was kind, but deceiving. She got my number from someone I know, but **** to me to get what she wanted. She promised me documentation that would be sent after our call which I haven't received. DO NOT TRUST THEM. If they can lie to get what they want, what else are they willing to do?
