Consumers right not respected

I bought a Steering rack from Hassan : the motor and belt and it was fitted by Alan. For R9k, 1 tyre senser, 2 rain senser Their motor didn't work So i used the belt only, i returned their motor So changed me R9k for just a belt only They don't wanna refund me, they were hiding their no refund board
