Credit not sorted out

Supplier Auto Speed Somerset west promised me a refund per email on 9 February 2015 on a charge that I queried on 2 February 2015. 16 days later and they keep making empty promises and have not repaid the money as yet. I will not support business like this. I have send no less than 6 emails requesting the refund and proof of payment.
