Horrible business practises galore!!!

On the 02/02/2021 at 11h59 I went to Ace Auto Parts aka Urban United (Pty) Ltd, 10 September Street, Middelburg to purchase wiper links for my VW Polo Classic which amount was around R430.00.

The agreement was that the parts will couriered by Friday, 5th February 2021 and boom! fast-forward to the 15th February 2021 no parts in sight at my given delivery address, instead I was told the parts aren't available no more. Fine, can I get my refund please....."bring in original invoice we will make copies as you keep originals to effect a refund through bank transfer on account"

A colleague passed by en route to Pretoria and supp**** requested invoice for their copies...and booom! it's the 02/03/2021 today and still, no refund in sight according to my bank records. Numerous calls and WhatsApp messages have proven futile exercise and I have been gravely inconvenienced and financially disadvantaged by Ace Auto Parts Middelburg and I cannot understand why a debit card purchase would need to be refunded through the bank after a lengthy 30days where the payment was not through budget facility but instant.

I find this an unfair and ********* business practice by Ace Auto parts Middelburg and I will not recommend their poor and horrible service standards to anyone wishing to do business with that outlet.

That's the bad experience I am subjected to to this day, while waiting for a refund on a debit card sale for something they failed to deliver!!!
