Disgruntled and dissatisfied First time Customer

Good Day,

I am writing you this email in utter disgust and dissatisfaction in the service i received from Auto Spa Car wash. On Saturday afternoon 28 September 2024 around 2pm I took my car registration ***xx to the car wash. The car was washed and I later went to collect the vehicle at around 4pm but only received keys 30-45min later. Upon collecting the car I drove off and noticed a crack on my windscreen (Evident it is due to weight exertion).

Before i even exited the mall when i realised this i went back to the car wash and i showed a white gentleman what i had seen and he said he was unable to assist as his "Boss" was not around and would return on Monday 30th September 2024. He then promised to call me as the number was on their books. I was neither called or updated on Monday until i returned the following day on which he arrogantly told me his boss was not back and he was unsure when he would be back. he later said that he could not be sure where it would have happened as i had left the premises and again i told him i had not i returned no later than 5min when i realised the windscreen had been damaged.

Today is thursday and still no communication has been made w.r.t the matter and hence i have resorted to this. I am willing to give you time to investigate the matter and revert back however further steps will have to be taken if I continue being ignored.
