I BOUGHT A BROKEN CAR FOR R220000 (financed by MFC)

My name is Ntombi Mabena I bought a car at Auto Showroom Zido in Kempton Park next to VW. A POLO TSI COMFORT LINE with sunroof, I bought the car Tuesday on the 2nd of July 2019 and already the car is giving me problems. The breaking system of the car is damaged, it seems they never changed the brake pads as the ones that are in the car are completely finished. The engine is overheating which needs me to always put water in as a light shows on the screen that a coolant must be inserted. I have done this 8 times since I bought the car (anti freeze)I did not buy a broken car as I was told by the dealership that the car was in good condition, which in this case it is clearly not. It has not been even a week but already I feel I have just made the biggest mistake of my life. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO AS I DONT HAVE ANOTHER CAR TO USE .

The sad thing is the general manager Abdus and Luxmore salesmen laughed at me when I complained about this matter and I had at one point have to leave the car on the road and hitch hiked. I feel powerless knowing I have to pay 5years for a car that I won't be able to use.

I WOULD ADVICE PEOPLE TO NEVER BUY FROM AUTO SHOWROOM KEMPTON PARK.
