ZETE AUTO CAR SALES : BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

We saw a Caddy on Gumtree being sold by Sete Auto Car Sales.The Sales person told us to be there at 09:30 am the next morning to view the vehicle.We got there at 09:30 am and then they told us the caddy is still on it's way to the sales office , the sales person Lionel , then offered to come and show us the vehicle directly after picking it up from Volkswagen and told me they will be at our premises at about 11:00 am.After two hours I phoned again and Lionel told me his boss is still waiting on the caddy and that I shouldn't be worried as he gave my details to him and he will contact me when he is nearby.At 3 pm I phoned again , the manager answered.When I told him I've been waiting 5 hours to view a caddy that just came in he told me a customer walked by and just bought the caddy cash.I was really dissapointed in the service and when I told him we actually had first choice to view the vehicle he even got ****y and asked if whe are cash buyers...I will never in my Life Recommend Zete Auto Car Sales!!!Their service is **** and they don't have any ethics or loyalty.PS : We actually were going buy the vehicle cash!!! How can you expect someone to buy a vehicle before even viewing it
