Cheat

<p>I DON'T RECOMMEND you purchase a vehicle from Mr Felix Benade, from Autosete car sales: address 87 Durban Rd, OAKDALE , Bellville, Cape Town. <br />He may be a good sales person - oh yes he will probably sell you a car if he can get you on a good day! But he will most probably cheat you in some way. He cheated me in many ways! I purchased a Fiat Uno Turbo for my son in 2015. It went up in flames only 9 hours after I purchased it?! Well, this man did not take any responsibility for it. He sold us a faulty car, and he convinced me to take it home as he would still keep it on his Insurance until the Monday which was when I was able to insure it. (a stupid mistake on my part, but I trusted him!) <br />I have since been dealing with Consumer Commission and then MIOSA and they initially ruled in my favor and ordered him to refund me. Two weeks later MIOSA called and informed me that a human error had been made in their office and we need to start the whole process again. (Their incompetance is another review I will post!) I have spent months dealing with them and after much paper work, calls etc...the case has been dismissed due to the fire brigade report not being detailed enough! They have also never sent me any correspondence from or to Mr Felix Benade, yet he has been cc'd on every email ever sent to me. Again this is eithr Mr Benade having a hand in this, or the MIOSA being totally incompetant. <br />It is a disgrace, that one cannot purchase a car unless you have a well informed person to make sure you are not being bul****, ******* or cheated in some way. <br />I am still waiting for my copy of the road worthy certificate , and also waiting for the correspondence entered into between Auto Sete and the MIOSA, which i was told I was entitled to see.
