Bad deal all the way Auto Select Springs

I bought a vehicle cash ,had to wait a month for papers,I checked the vehicle found it was in a accident ,i reported to NCC to find nothing is being done about it against the garage,I reported to the garage i need my refund i was told no ,I claimed a repair and deal to be s****ped due to accident damage can be found it was as no one seem to worry they received their cash they got the deal and consumer not getting anything else but hard ship due to bad service what a ******* system that anyone can be taken for a ride if you have a company of vehicles you have the NCC in your pocket no complaints will be dealt with . two years later and still not resolved no feedback no positive mails received just no interest what so ever Why is there a ombudsman or consumer protection if no one is doing anything about customers being **********
