Horrible service ever

Horrible service ever in the whole world.they its been six weeks now since they took my car just to change the boot.i really don't understand why insurance companies choose to work with such company they have never called me to update me not even once.Sandile always lie when I call him give false promise.even the benelbeaters on the street would do far better than fix auto.
