Faulty Car Sold: No consumer protection

<p> I have purchased a vehicle from Auto professional pty ltd. in George, Seller sold me a faulty vehicle Citroen C3 2006 and did not explain the contract clearly. the transaction was done within a few minutes and didn't realize that i was being bul**** into a purchase. </p> <p><br />I feel that the Seller should take back the vehicle for a full refund. As a consumer I feel that the way in which the seller conducted the process i had no protection at all.</p> <p><br />We used the vehicle for less than a month and the repair shop advised that the vehicle was not in a state to be sold. Furthermore not to be sold for R55,000.00.</p>
