My bad Encounter @ Kimberley Branch

Hi I recently visited your Kimberley Branch and sad to report that I will not recommend it even if it was my worst enemy . I was quoted R280 and was charged R980 without warning ,They did not give me feedback on what it would cost to repair my aircon ,I called them and was displeased and I was Ignored. So I went Back to the branch just to be humiliated once more and be told I wont get a refund although I was not helped all the way.
