Decency of Auto Pro Body Repairs - Auto body shop

I have been using Auto Pro Body Repairs for circa 7/8 years. They have consistently been decent and have strived for perfection wrt my various vehicles.

I collected my Isuzu "bakkie" from them yesterday and asked for the account. They said "no" as the work done is considered to be a guarantee repair. The work? Some rust / corrosion on the leading edge of the bonnet and other minor corrosion blemishes. They didn't have to acknowledge it was a repair under guarantee but without any song and dance, gave me my keys and sent me on my way - a truly astonished yet happy customer.
