Lack of attention to details - very disappointing

I was assigned here by Outsurance to do repairs on my car after an accident. Like others who have complained on this platform, the attention to detail is bad. Little things get left undone or not done properly, requiring backing and forhing. For example, the driver's door was supposed to be replaced, but they couldn't find one so they panelbeat it (now it makes loud noises and protests when opening and closing). I H have also had to return 3 times because of small parts falling off my car. Makes me wonder what else has not been fixed properly. Very disappointed.
