Poor customer service by Auto Platinum
We bought a VW Polo around April this year but by late June the car was already giving us problems, funny sound coming from the engine, using oil a lot, shaking, misfiring and sound coming from the boot. The worse part is that I would travel from Wolmaransstad in the North West to Pretoria using my money and they customer service is nonexistent. The car went for repairs but came back the same and they blaming us. Be careful if you decide to buy there

We are currently awaiting the outcome of the Ombudsman’s assessment before providing a formal response on the matter. Once the Motor Industry Ombudsman has concluded its assessment and provided its findings, we will be in a position to respond accordingly.
