I would like to thank Juandre for the service I received form Auto Platinum. He is always cool, calm and collected and his after-sales service is immaculate. He went out of his way on more than one occasion and gave me peace of mind.
Unfortunately I cannot say the same from one of their managers.
When I spoke to one of the managers about a few issues I experienced with my car I was treated with a curt a rude attitude. I simply asked them to put it in writing that the issues with my vehicle would be fixed during the month of January. I am still covered by the CPA but wanted peace of mind during our December holiday. I was told that "he would think about it" followed by a mocking laugh. He hung up the phone saying that he was very busy.
For that reason, I unfortunately won't support auto platinum again. The service I received from the manager cannot be compared to my previous experience from different dealerships.
Best regards,
Best regards,
It is physically impossible to "force" someone over 1 telephone call. I did not force, I asked and even said that he can draft his own if that made him feel more comfortable.
Yes my car has been fixed, unfortunately not with Renault but with their own dealership mechanic (my warranty?) because again "it is too expensive".... Not my problem.

My vehicle has been attended to but still don't believe that the way the manager spoke to me was acceptable and you are now trying to justify his behavior.
Next time, try giving me a call and stop hiding behind a keyboard, it is called leadership and taking accountability.
