BMW Z4

I bought my BMW Z4, 2012 I responded to an ad on Autotrader. The salesman called to say the vehicle was available and is super clean and accident free

Due COVID, it was difficult to conclude a deal Despite the salesman sending an application form, I arranged finance via the Internet.

The vehicle only released if the monies were in the account, according to James, yet they've dealt with ABSA before. To comply, payment was made and when asked for delivery I was told that if have to as no one was available to deliver. I live in Roodepoort and the dealership is in Gazina, Ptetoria.

Anyway, I did all the arrangements on behalf of James, and had the salesman deliver that vehicle to me and I dropped him back.

Since then I've had: To take the vehicle back for COR. And on my way there the Brake light came on. Checking the computer of the vehicle, it indicated the there was 2% on the front and 19% on the rear. Despite my bringing this to the salesman's attention, the vehicle passed COR. HOW?

I the had the brakes done, and it was a fight to get my monies back. Labour us still outstanding

Then a week later, the tyre kept losing pressure, only to discover that the mag Tim was cracked. James refused to acknowledge that it might have been an issue and indicated that it might have been due to my driving.

I was forced to fit new rims, better than repairing something that's unknown. Still James refused to accept this and when asked for the owner's contact details, I was refused. I was told that nothing can be done and I should do what I have to... Go to the Ombudsman. I did. They have 10days to respond

This past weekend, I heard some noise whilst driving. I called a mobile mechanic and it's now the stabilizer link and bushes that need replacing. I bought the links, the bushes will get here in 2weeks

The mail that was sent by the Ombudsman, is which I included the replacement rims and now the stabilizer issues. I've heard nothing

I have a vehicle, sine 16th May 2020, that I'm paying for, but can't drive it!

When I asked for the owner's details, the salesman says he's under instructions...what the means, no idea. James will not supply that either.

Can some please advise if let the owner know of my difficulty?
