Disgusting customer service

Terrible customer service, *********** procurement, *********** customer relations office - that “in a nutshell” tells you to please sort out on your own ****..

Also that they don’t need to constantly repeat themselves when a question is asked and update was already given.

The way they go on is that they are paying me to fix my car.
