Worst service and experience with mechanic

First encounter the owner did not contact me back at all regarding quotation required.<br> Eventually managed to get the owner to agree to see to my vehicle.<br> He took hours to see to the car. Then I had to call him to confirm the car was ready.<br> He was abrupt on the phone and extremely rude.<br> He advised that I had to walk through parow to collect the car. A woman walking in parow is not safe and he carried on saying he is too busy to collect me.<br> When I arrived at his shop he was standing around not busy at all.<br> I find his lack of customer service appalling and would urge anyone not to use his services. <br> He has no sence of urgency with the repair of vehicles and is pleased to have customers wait all day for the repair with no means away from his shop in parow.<br>
