Bad Service

On the 3-12-2018 we bought (0.4) 10 sheets IBR 6m, 10 sheets IBR 2.4m and 3 sheets IBR 4.8m and they delivered (0.3). I went to Mlangeni Dynamic Auto Paint & Hardware to request the difference, they refused and they saying they sell both sizes for same price which is not true. I didn't go there personally to buy because i was working. My mother inlaw she's very old and sick person, a pensioner. She send the builder to go and buy the material and they delivered wrong material and they don't want to refund us the difference.
