Disgusting

Long story short, do not use these people. 3rd time my car has been here, we had a payment agreement on 3rd visit and i refuse to pay due to their irresponsible actions by not fixing the car fully which is also my business car. I am a single mom of 2 and they refuse to let go of my car now which is actually *******. You ask for accounts number no answer and only excuses, you try call owner no answers you speak to mechanic who blames everything on owners - clearly no communication and no trust within the business. Internal politics and owner runs staff down to clients i will NEVER go there again, and currently have a court case.
