Sent car for repairs, keep getting it back worse

I contacted King Price in Dec 2015. It is Feb 2016 and still my car isnt fixed, my car has gone back numerous times and every time I get my car back worse. The mechanic was replacing my shocks so only working at the bottom of my vehicle and no cosmetic damage but now my wipers aren't working, they seem to be swopt,I complained and they said its been sorted but it is still giving me issues, after all my complaints, they still dont even check to see if they are working.My car also got dented while in for repairs and had to argue for the dent to be repaired which caused a longer delay.I am a single mom of a 18 month old son and kept explaining my concern for safety but send my car in and get more problems. I was driving in the rain and couldn't see because my wipers have been changed or not sure what they did - huge safety hazard. I was supposed to received my car yesterday finally repaired,dent fixed and lastly wheel alignment done but when I got to Automaxx I was told they are finishing the dent - waited another 30min and was told that person already left and I must bring my car back again.That didn't bother me but when I got home, my car feels worse, petrol cap is off and no wheel
