An arm and a leg for a mountain of headache

After a service I collected my car. The guy informed me that a big multi point check was done on my car. On the way home my car overheats, after some inspection I found that the water coolant cap was not tightened. After calling for help to get water, as I was on the highway, after 4-5 km I felt a jolt from the steering wheel and a loud noise. My wheel's bearing seized that the rear drum runs on. The whole drum gave in and the drum started pulling off. The drum was 10 cm out of position. The wheel could've fallen off. After paying a huge cost for oil and an oil filter on my car, and a \multi point check"you would expect a company as big would actually do what they are saying they would do and actually have the compatancy and know-how to put back the cap on the water coolant.
