Poor job in repairs and lack of customer support.
My vehicle was delivered later than the date initially promised, despite my repeated calls for updates. The dealership only informed me the day before delivery that they would not meet the agreed date. I am concerned that, had I not followed up myself, I would not have been informed at all, as communication throughout the process was vague and inconsistent. When the car was finally returned, I noticed that the fog light had not been connected properly, causing it to fall out, and the front bumper under-panel was missing, resulting in a flapping noise while driving. After returning the car to have these issues addressed, the dealership installed a new under-panel and replaced the fallen LED fog light with a standard bulb, leaving one side with an LED and the other with a normal bulb. The LED light that remained was fully functional when I brought the vehicle in, but after their repairs, it was no longer working. I was told to replace it myself, which I find unacceptable, as the damage and mismatch were due to their negligence.
