Unacceptable behaviour from Autolab Menlyn

<p>The Insurance instructed Autolab Menlyn to repair my vehicle, with the explicit instruction that they should contact me within 24hrs to arrange a booking. After a week, I had to followup with them to ask when they will contact me. Miraculously the parts would have been ordered that day. Once again, I waited for them to contact me, only for them to leave a message for me on a Friday afternoon. On Monday morning, they suddenly cannot do the repairs until within 6 weeks because I did not answer my phone they made other bookings. This is clearly unacceptable</p>
