Take Responsibility

Had a very poor experience at Autolab. Firstly put my boot on skew and damaged the plastic around my wheel. That was not the main issue. Someone at their shop has ****** a chip or sim out of the car and now my navigation system doesn't work. I never knew it existed as it came with the car when I bought it, I dont even know where it is in the car. They will not do anything about it as they say I should have taken out my valuables....I mean really, the car came with it, its like saying I should remove the wheels because they are valuable. Just want to warn you, as I was forced to use them as they were appointed by my insurer who I will also be contacting.
