Most useless Car Lab in SA

The back story: I bumped my boot door like 1.5 years ago, so the insurance sent me to Auto Lab Menlyn to repair the damage.<br> <br> So after i booked my car in here is what happened:<br> o First they did not order all the parts.<br> o They finally got the spare parts except one.<br> o They had my car for like a month waiting for the spare parts and to replace what they have.<br> o I needed to use my car so I took it without all the parts being replaced, the day I went to fetch the car it was already started but without anyone telling me my car's battery is flat because it stood in their garage for a month, so they sent me home knowing that the car battery will not last until morning so i got a flat battery.<br> o Couple of months later still no part, i realized that i was driving for 2 months with my rear indicators indicating on the opposite sides(left was right and right was left).<br> o More or less 1.5 years later they finally got the outstanding part, I book my car in for a week, after that week they let me know they ordered the wrong parts.<br> So now I'm still where I was 1.5 years ago still no part booked in my car for a week, just great...<br> <br> I would Highly recommend to NEVER use Auto Lab Menlyn for anything.
