Menlyn Autolab's terrible service, car not fixed in 2months

Terrible service, my car was booked in after an accident in November 2020 and its still not fixed. I keep messages about how the parts are on back order (been getting these since last December). The staff member that called me once to "explain" what's going on had an attitude, kept telling me it wasn't their fault in an angry tone, like it was all my fault. I don't understand how my insurance (Momentum) put this company on their preferred repairers list, it makes me question them also. The insurance courtesy car reached its 30day period in December. I don't recommend them, they will leave you frustrated, I still don't have a car at my disposal as we speak. They are not reliable at all.
