Great service from Auto Lab Menlyn and Alicia

I had my VW Polo in for repairs at Auto Lab Menlyn last week. I was to say the least blown away by the great service. Every day I got a phone call and a SMS to update me on the progress of the vehicle. The Monday they phoned and said one part was delivered incomplete, and I assumed this will delay the whole process, yet the very next day the informed me that the VW dealer delivered the part and they will be finishing my vehicle one day ahead of time.
